The WHY Behind the WHAT

We're working with AFTA Thought - a drama based training organisation - to develop a conference looking at understanding and managing challenging behaviour.  The day will involve  exploring different scenarios based on the school/education experience of a child in care including interactions with school staff, the impact of being in care and the presenting challenges.  The training examines the significance of the role of the designated teacher and being confident in providing challenge when needed to best support and advocate on behalf of a child or young person in care.

Time: 9am Registration, 9:30am Prompt start, 4pm Finish
