Children in Care Council
The Children in Care Council or CICC is a group of children in care aged from 10 to 17 who meet once a month to talk about things that matter to them and try to make a difference for Halton children in care.
They have the chance to share their ideas and collaborate with different services to make positive changes. They also have lots of opportunities to take part in a range of exciting activities.
