Looking after your mental health and emotional wellbeing is just as important as your physical health. Therefore Halton's Health Improvement Team have run bespoke sessions for our children and young people to look at what mental health means and different ways to look after it.
Activities have included yoga, mindfulness, looking at different emotions, exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours linked to stress as well as the 5 ways to wellbeing.
We even got messy with DIY stress relievers!!
